Through end-to-end wireframing, careful workflow definition, and a polished UI/UX, we transformed ONE into a seamless, transparent hub for financial planning and support.
Strategy
As Bahrain’s first open banking platform, supported by Tarabut, Benefit Company, and Al Salam Bank. ONE App set out to give users simple, fast access to financial services and planning. The initial concept needed unified navigation, consistent visual language, and clear, trustworthy workflows to deliver on its promise of empowerment and transparency.
Solution: In close collaboration with ONE’s stakeholders, SPARK led a complete redesign: we sketched every module from scratch, mapped out each service flow in detail, and crafted an intuitive interface that reflects ONE’s core values.

Created high-fidelity wireframes for all key interactions, iterating with interactive prototypes to validate usability and streamline decision paths.
4- UI/UX Design & Design System
Established a cohesive visual language modern typography, intuitive iconography, and a calming color palette that reflects ONE App’s values of simplicity, transparency, trust, and innovation.
